There are no shortage of music festivals in Texas around this time of year. But the Trans-Pecos Festival is less music overload and more…desert pilgrimage. Held at the El Cosmico property in Marfa, Trans-Pecos features some expected adornments (camping, music) and some considerably less so (leatherworking workshops! sandlot baseball!).

Pre-registration has closed, but tickets are still available at the gates. The lineup includes M. Ward, Junior Brown, Tift Merritt, Hayes Carll and more. The full schedule is below.
