Supper Club at the Kessler, (presented by City of Ate)our dinner series that features local chefs whipping up bad ass food alongside local tunes, is happening soon (June 8 y’all.) This month’s chef is Tim Byres of Smoke. Oh yes, we’re excited too. Chef Byres will prepare a four-course meal while the dulcet tones of MilkDrive – an Austin-based string quartet – provide tunes for the evening.
What better way to pass the time in between game four and five of the NBA Finals then to have the Southwest’s best new chef prepare you a grilled BBQ Cornish game hen? If you’re thinking “hell yeah,” then make your way to Prekindle.com to snatch a seat at the Kessler Theater. Tickets are $60 a person, and by the looks of the menu, we’d advise you skip lunch next Wednesday – this meals going to be a big’n.
After the jump, we present Chef Byres’ complete menu for this months Supper Club.
