For fans of vegetables, brunch and dining al fresco, Mudhen Meats and Greens’ new brunch is tasty good news. The farm-to-table-influenced eatery at Dallas Farmers Market is now serving brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, and the menu is filled with healthy options like Groatmeal (wheatberries, farro and oats with fruit), whole wheat pancakes and smoked arctic char.
There are a few classic brunch favorites like avocado toast (obviously), migas and a burger, all of it made with proteins and vegetables sourced to Mudhen’s exacting specifications. If you’re looking for a brunch menu that tells you exactly where your eggs came from, this is it. The drink menu features plenty of beer, smoothies, cocktails and even bone broth.
