A motion was filed in federal court today in the Dallas City Hall public corruption case in which developer Brian Potashnik‘s high-priced, high-profile attorneys tell the feds that their client’s all good and really doesn’t need to see their evidence, but thanks. Brian and Cheryl Potashnik, of course, weren’t in federal court earlier this week, and most figure they’ve cut a deal with prosecutors, leaving former Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Don Hill, former City Plan Commission D’Angelo Lee and the others indicted in the fall of ’07 to go it all by their lonesomes.
