For the past five years Annie’s Culinary Creations has been churning out impressive baked goods in Murphy, just east of Plano. In that time they’ve produced wedding cakes that put the traditional white tiers to shame (seriously, check out this Halloween one with bride and groom chest-bursters from Alien). Now they’re shuttering the Murphy location and heading to Knox-Henderson, near Pearl Cup at 1908 N. Henderson Ave.

Custom cakes are the store’s bread and butter, but they also have counter-ready items like cake balls, cupcakes, brownies and lemon bars. The new location should be open by the middle of this month and will occupy the space of the old V Spot.
