The short film below, posted to YouTube by Frank Librio at Dallas City Hall, isn’t actually a city-made production. Rather, Librio tells Unfair Park, Destination Dallas is a Quin Matthews Films production made for the Dallas Citizens Council, which touted corporate relocations to the city during a recent power luncheon. Librio felt it worth sharing. Apparently, so do I.
