Till Parks & Recreation and The Office return with new episodes, here’s a suitable replacement for those in desperate need of bureaucratic irritainment: a four-part Customer Service video presentation from the city of Dallas. It’s chock full o’ sketches in which City Hall employees pretend to be citizens in need of, ya know, customer service; Part Three in particular features one of the series’ most memorable moments — go straight to the 5:36 mark — but I’ve yet to watch the whole production in its entirety.
