Totally ignoring the fact that our little straw poll yesterday featured six “yay”s and seven “nay”s, NFL commish Roger Goodell is apparently on the verge of reinstating Pacman Jones.
No official word yet, but owner Jerry Jones blabbed to the media this afternoon that he expects Pacman to be cleared to practice on Monday and to play in Dallas’ game at Pittsburgh Dec. 7.
Pacman, suspended Oct. 14 for Jivin’ at the Joule, spent 30 days at an alcohol rehab center in Boston. But now everything’s fine and well.
