A dramatic scene unfolded on the I-30 service road in Mesquite early Sunday morning as a Mesquite Police dash cam captured two officers hauling an apparently unconscious man from a burning SUV.

As the police car approaches the wrecked vehicle, you can hear a bystander saying that the man inside is “still breathing” as the officers run toward the fire. The cops pull the man out of the car, commanding that he “stay with them.”

We’ve contacted Mesquite police for an update on the man’s condition. We’ll update this post as soon as we hear something.
