Jose Canseco is apparently having second thoughts about his decision this morning to publicly announce that he’s being accused of rape. He took down the above tweet not long after he posted it, but not before we got a screenshot (and blacked out his alleged accuser’s name).

We have a call into Las Vegas police for additional details. In the meantime, we’ll allow Canseco to address the question that’s on everyone’s no one’s mind: Will he play tomorrow in the Fort Worth Cats’ season opener?

But wait. It seems that Canseco’s having second thoughts about his second thoughts. Since taking down his original rape tweet, he’s posted a picture of the bikini-clad fitness model he IDs as his accuser and the address of the Gold’s Gym where she works, and challenged her to take a polygraph.
