Old 97’s frontman Rhett Miller is back in town–this time to record his upcoming solo record with Blame It On Gravity producer Salim Nourallah. But it’s not all work and no play for the singer-songwriter.
Tonight, he takes to the stage at Sons of Hermann Hall for a quick one-off date before heading out on tour late next week. And, better yet, he’ll be joined at tonight’s show by the great Sarah Jaffe with whom he’s shared many a bill in the past twelve months.
Should be a good show–so consider yourself lucky that you stumbled upon this blog post. Why? ‘Cause local music scene luminary Mike Snider, who booked the show, is offering one DC9 reader a heck of a deal: A free pair of tickets to go attend the gig.
