The last time that Tegan And Sara were in town, they played a surprisingly brilliant set to a sold-out crowd at the Palladium Ballroom. They’ve booked another, bigger tour with fellow mixed-up-teen sensation, Paramore, which will make a stop at the Verizon Theatre on Friday, September 10.
But, to make things more interesting, Good Records just announced, via twitter, that the lesbian twins will be doing an in-store performance earlier that day at 2 p.m.
As to whether the record store will celebrate the scaled down show in typical Good Records fashion — with free beer and barbecue — the guys at Good are still trying to iron out all the details. But even without all the frills, this in-store will still be packed to the gills–even if most of Tegan and Sara’s fanbase will be stuck in their high school English class.
