Frankie Campagna of Spector 45 passes along word today of a benefit taking place tonight to help the man known as “Rockin’ Ralph” of Expo Park retail outfit Hollywood 5 and Dime.
Last week, Ralph sustained several injuries while in an accident on his motorcycle. A benefit concert, where all of the donations offered at the door will go directly to Ralph to help pay for his medical bills, will take place tonight, starting at 9 p.m. at the Amsterdam Bar.
The DOMA-nominated Spector 45 will perform at tonight’s show. So will The Dangits. Attendees can also expect a DJ set from Mark Ridlen, long known around these parts as DJ Mr. Rid.
For more information on tonight’s event, visit its Facebook page or the Amsterdam Bar blog, which also has a few details on the matter.
