Big D’s Forever The Sickest Kids are one of four bands up for Yahoo! Music’s “Who’s Next” monthly competition. Back in September 2007, The Rocket Summer nabbed top honors in the same Yahoo! Music contest. For the current round, FTSK are up against Paddy Casey, Tristan Prettyman and Lady Antebellum. Voters can check out the video for “Whoa Oh! (Me vs. Everyone)” and hear the track “Believe Me I’m Lying” from FTSK. The band’s next show in our area will be its May 24 CD release show at the House of Blues. — Chelsea Ide
