After getting really excited about the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club show that was set to happen on Tuesday, September 28, we then shook our heads in confusion that it was scheduled at The Lizard Lounge.

Well, today, we’re shaking our heads even more: The performance has been postponed.
BRMC was scheduled to open for Stone Temple Pilots on a string of Texas dates, and they turned a day off from the tour into a headlining show in Dallas.
Unfortunately, according to STP’s twitter feed, the tour was “rerouted,” making it impossible for BRMC to make the shows. (Maybe this is why?)
The last time BRMC played in Dallas, they did an impressive three-hour acoustic set at Club Dada. Check out our review of that great performance here, and check back here for more news on the rescheduled concert date as it comes.
