The menu includes diver scallops with a Chardonnay smoked corn salsa, duck confit with a balsamic reduction and beef tenderloin with truffle mash. Finish it off with poached strawberries served with foie gras and Pop Rocks. Yes, Pop Rocks and foie gras. Luckily, there’s no urban myth about that chardonnay/Pop Rock combination.
