Update: They sold out in 5 minutes. We told Alice to have it at AAC but no one ever listens to us.
Tickets for Meat Fight went on sale at 10 a.m. this morning. The third annual event, with a guest-judging appearance from Nick Offerman, goes down at Four Corners Brewery on November 17. You’ll also get beer from Four Corners, whiskey tastings from Knob Creek, bacon doughnuts from Hypnotic, goodies from the Swiss Pastry Shop, Pop Star popsicles and yummy greens from Garden Café. There’s also a pickle bar courtesy of Jack Mac’s Swill and Grill and coffee from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters. Plus you’ll get a Meat Fight pint glass and other meat-centric swag.
The belle of the ball, however, is Parks and Rec star Offerman, who will be there to judge meat and manliness, because he is, after all, the leading barometer for proper testosterone levels. (If you’re a hardcore stalker, you might want to study his just-released book, Paddle Your Own Canoe: One Man’s Fundamentals for Delicious Living.)
If you think all that sounds good but are still hungry for more, then check out the VIP tickets. For $125, you’ll get the honor of arriving an hour early and watching the judges judge meat. You’ll also get a Meat Fight T-shirt and more swag in your bag.
