Today Chef Tre Wilcox of Marquee Grill is participating in a Google+ Hangout, which is a program designed by Zagat that brings foodies behind the scenes with top chefs around the country. Like this video of Danny Bowien of Mission Chinese Food in San Francisco and New York.
At 1 pm, you can log onto this Google+ page, then create a profile if you don’t have one already (which, I’m pretty sure is the point at which you become their tool). The instructions are to leave a comment and after that it’s “up to you to grab an open spot.”
The point here is that if you’re a fan, budding chef, foodie or Google+ groupie, then you can hang with chef Tre Wilcox and, if nothing else, hear the craziest laugh ever in the entire world. This man’s laugh is like no other and can silence a room.
During the cooking demonstration he’ll be making one his favorite personal dishes and nine Google+ users can ask questions and interact with Wilcox.
