The 911 dispatcher asked if he hit his head on the floor and was informed that, no, he was driving it at the time. Kile Wygle told police who responded to the call that his creation, powered by a rebuilt lawn mower engine, can reach 38 miles per hour. He also claimed to have downed 15 beers before firing up his vehicle. MSNBC calls it a case of vehicular weirdness.)
