A Texas-born chef has been tapped to take over at Five Sixty when executive chef Sara Johannes leaves this week.

Pat Roberston, who’s served as executive sous chef at the Wolfgang Puck-owned restaurant since its opening in February 2009, has spent more than a decade with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. The Marble Falls native began his career with the company at Spago in Las Vegas.

Johannes is headed to Los Angeles, where – as the press release puts it – she’ll work as “an Executive Chef with the group’s flagship regime.”

According to Nicki Patel, a publicist for Five Sixty, the menu will not change, but “as always, there are seasonal additions.”
