CampO Modern Country Bistro is officially serving brunch on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The European- and Latin American- inspired menu harkens to a few classics in both food and booze.
Brunch mains include a Croque-Monsieur 1910, tortas (photo below) and house-cured mortadella served with poached egg. Sides include house sausage, stacked country hash, yogurt panna cotta and sweet corn griddle cakes (photo above).
Cocktail highlights include the North Bloody Mary made with oyster, shrimp and house pickled celery, michelada and the Hot Tin Roof, which is made with bay leaf-infused cachaca, lime, ginger and cane sugar,. There’s also the signature CampO Pisco.
