You need to get your art hat out tonight and head over to Deep Ellum Brewing Co. for craft beer and Crazy Pig, cuisine all in the name of sprucing up Dallas with unconditional love.
The goal of the Dallas Love Project is to create 20,000 pieces of art that represent unconditional love. It’s all part of a campaign to commemorate JFK’s legacy leading up to the 50th anniversary of his assassination.
At the Kickoff Party tonight, they hope to raise funds to support the project. The art will be exhibited throughout Dallas from September 21, which is the International Day of Peace, through November 22.
DEBC will donate half of the proceeds from tonight to the Dallas Love Project. So you’ll get a brewery tour, three pints of beer, tunes from Devin Leight and a Love Runs Deep glass, all at the great low price of unconditional love (or $10).

Your support strengthens our coverage.
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If the Dallas Observer matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
Funding for the citywide art project is being handled through an Indiegogo campaign, which is a crowd-sourcing platform. You can donate or learn more at Dallas Love Project. The campaign goal is $25,000. There are also volunteer opportunities if you’d like to take part in celebrating the legacy of JFK.
The event tonight kicks off at 6 p.m. at the brewery (2823 St. Louis Street). Tickets are $10 at the door on online.
