10 Winter Farmers Market Classes with Some of Dallas’ Best Chefs

With evening lows in the 30s, you may not be thinking much about your local Farmers Market, but you should be. While tomatoes are hard to find this time of year there are other things local markets have to offer beyond cold weather greens: like knowledge.

Both the Dallas Farmers Market and the White Rock Local Market released their first classes of the year. Here’s a list of some of the chefs you stand a chance to work with, and some of the techniques you could learn.

All classes run from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., and are $30 at the door, or $25.00 if you sign up and pay by the Thursday before class. Head to their website for more information.
