With the inventions of ovens, microwaves and grills, I never thought people would go back to eating uncooked food again, but I was mistaken. Apparently, the raw food diet is the new Atkins. This Friday raw food enthusiast Theresa Wohlfeld will show us the healthy benefits that a person can gain from it and also how to correctly prepare the food so you don’t end up poisoning yourself. The Raw Food Demonstration and Workshop will take place on Friday at Park Cities Yoga (5934 Royal Lane, Ste. 252). It’s a free class, but donations are welcomed. For more information, visit parkcitiesyoga.com.
