The restaurant is serving a four-course dinner that includes absinthe, the infamous alcoholic drink whose principle component can be used in the synthesis of psychedelic drugs. Woo-hoo! The drink, often called the Green Fairy, will be paired with a menu that features pan-seared foie gras, green tea-smoked Heirloom tomatoes, braised wild boar shank and an absinthe frappé.
