Visiting another country is exciting, but let’s face it, traveling across the world is pricey. That’s why the children of Africa are bringing their culture to us. Featuring children from some of the most famine-stricken areas in Africa, the African Children’s Choir brings some of the most talented performers to tour all over the world to sing and dance to the music of their culture. In the past, these young entertainers have helped raise millions of dollars in hopes of one day restoring their continent. The choir makes its stop in town 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Bass Performance Hall, 525 Commerce St. in Fort Worth. Tickets are $27.50. For more information, visit basshall.com.
