But comic Jose Sarduy isn’t another joke-cracking pizza delivery engineer–he’s an Air Force officer who worked on bits when he wasn’t deployed into war zones. Sarduy’s bringing his take on death, destruction and his wacky Cuban-American family to Hyena’s Dallas, 5321 E.
