How much has changed over the last century? Well, just take a look at the technology surrounding us, our extracurricular activities and the way we interact with others. History books can get a little boring, so how about a little striptease to take us through the ’20s, ’30s and today? This month’s Ruby Revue burlesque show takes us through the last century with Stripping Through the Ages, a striptease with a sexy look through the last century. Come see Ginger Valentine, Black Mariah, Honey Cocoa and special guest Frenchie Kiss, member of the Chicago Starlets. These ladies will showcase sequin lingerie, fluffy hats and ruby red lipstick in their ride down memory lane. The ladies’ trip through history kicks off at 9 p.m. Wednesday at the House of Blues, 2200 N. Lamar St. Tickets range from $15 to $20. For more information, visit houseofblues.com.
