Accessories in the Nude (AIN) is a fashion show and showcase where designers buy booths and sell their goods. No doubt they called it Accessories in the Nude so you’d be like, “Va-va-va-voom, naked ladies in necklaces? I’ll take 10 tickets.” Or maybe it’s just based on their catchphrase, “If you’re not wearing the right accessory, then you might as well be nude.” So true. I’ve often thought, “Where are my earrings? Fuck it. It’s naked time!” And I know I’m not alone. Anyway, in addition to the fashion show and booth shopping, there will also be a “Reveal” where they’ll unveil the winner of the 2013 AIN Designer Competition held back in January. And the other other part of the fashion show is the fact that it all benefits Women Called Moses, a nonprofit that provides secure shelter for battered women. Tickets start at $25. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Dallas Contemporary, 161 Glass St.
