Show off your newfound knowledge at The Mansion’s weekly Wine Chat. The informal get together is led by beverage director Michael Flynn, who has 20 years of experience as a wine director and sommelier. Flynn will pull some corks and discuss what he knows best: wine. Join Flynn in the bar from 6:15 to 7 p.m. each Thursday at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, 2821 Turtle Creek Blvd. Admission is $25 per person.
