This year, Tre Wilcox, a contender on Bravo’s Top Chef, demonstrates dishes inspired by his mother. The menu includes marinated gulf shrimp with watermelon, lemon, ginger and olive oil, and cornmeal-olive oil sake with rum whipped cream and blueberry syrup.
