Women are a rich and varied people who have made many important contributions to society over the course of their history, which dates back roughly 150 years, or whenever it was they started complaining about not having basic human rights or whatever. Today, they can even run for president or take their tops off in magazines! Or, they can create thoughtful art and be featured at the Journey exhibition at the Ice House Cultural Center, 1004 W. Page St., through April 3, during Women’s History Month. Admission’s free. Gallery hours are 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays to Fridays and noon to 6 p.m. Saturdays. Visit DallasCulture.org.
