The Health & Fitness Expo features fun, family-friendly activities with health and fitness organizations, free health screenings from medical professionals and a book signing by Marina Kushner, author of The Truth About Caffeine. The Dallas Health & Fitness Expo takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Dallas Convention Center, 650 S. Griffin St. Admission is free. Call 214-939-2700.
