Transcending boundaries is a theme shared by art and religion, so it makes sense that an exhibit with transcendence as a theme is shown in a spiritual space. This month, 22 artists–including Sarah Jane Semrad, Eva Semrad, Guy Reynolds and Courtney Perry–display their photographs in the CityGallery, an entity of CityChurch Dallas. With their cameras, these artists become part of the world around them, and allow those who view their photographs to do the same. The Photography Show exhibits through September 23 at the CityGallery, 3601 Routh St. Admission is free. For more information, call 214-632-9909 or visit citygallerydallas.org.
