This summer’s Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is going to make your old grade-school trips to the planetarium look like Bantha turds by comparison. Can’t wait till June? This weekend’s sneak peek will allow visitors to hang with R2D2, create their own stop-motion Star Wars short film and build a battery-powered mini-robot. Incidentally, if you know what a Bantha is, consider your virginity reinstated. “Jedi Boot Camp” begins at 10 a.m. with events scheduled till 3:30 p.m. this Saturday at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, 1501 Montgomery St. Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for kids 3 to 12. For schedule and info call 817-255-9300 or visit fwmuseum.org.
Sat., April 14, 3:30 p.m.
