Fortunately for you, Escapades isn’t the latest unisex fragrance from Calvin Klein that one guy bathes in before he gets in the elevator. Your elevator. Every damn day. Instead, it’s a dance performance that explores male and female relationships through a series of modern, jazz and ballet movements. And since it’s a dance, there’s no dialogue. Which means, “When are you going to take the damn trash out?” “Where’s the damn remote?” and “I am not just like my mother!!!” will be missing entirely and replaced instead with a beautiful score from jazz legend Max Roach. Escapades is playing at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, Wyly Theater, 2400 Flora St., at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m Saturday. It’s the grand finale in the center’s Spring Celebration series and definitely one you don’t want to miss. To purchase tickets, limber up and head on over to tickets.attpac.org. Prices start at $10 for the afternoon performance and are $135 for the evening show.
