Where will you be at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday? If you want to snag a good seat at this year’s Children’s Medical Center Holiday Parade, you’ll be on Commerce Street in downtown Dallas. With more than 350,000 people expected, early birds start arriving up to 4 hours before the 10 a.m. parade to get the best view. Bring your own folding chairs, blankets or sleeping bags and enjoy amazing floats, marching bands, inflatables and characters such as Batman, Curious George, Cinderella and Spider-Man. Parade attendance is free, and bleacher seat tickets start at $23. Call 214-456-8360 or visit childrens.com/parade.
