Eggs-tra, eggs-tra, read all about it! An egg-citing eggs-ibit is coming to Dallas…OK, OK, no more egg puns. We’re done yolking around. Almost. If you’re serious about crafting regular ol’ eggs into tiny works of art, you won’t want to miss the 36th Annual Eggs-ibit International, which is taking place right here in Dallas from Thursday to June 17. “Eggers” can take classes in embellishing, painting, etching and carving eggs with teachers from around the country and around the world. Participants can also compete in an egg carving contest, networking and other fun events. The show and supply market is open to the public 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Come see how the egg-sperts handle their huevos at the DoubleTree Hotel, 4099 Valley View Lane. Call 972-241-4379 or visit dallaseggshow.com.
Sat., June 12, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sun., June 13, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., 2010
