When it comes to some movies, you could kick back at home in front of the high definition flat screen with a bowl of Jiffy Pop, but for a movie of this magnitude? You’re gonna need a bigger screen. The latest installment of the Inwood Theater’s Midnight Madness series resurrects Jaws, the infamous, phobia-inducing mechanical shark for a screening of the eponymous 1975 thriller. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or some fortunate schmuck that has yet to develop a fear of the water, your chance has finally arrived. And right on time for beach season. The ship sets sail midnight Friday and Saturday at the Inwood Theatre, 5458 W. Lovers Lane. Tickets are $7 for students and seniors, $10 for general admission. Call 214-764-9106 or visit landmarktheatres.com for more information.
