In life, few things change faster than fashion. Like, we’re back to jellies now? With ankle socks? And bike shorts? Apparently baffled is the look of the season. But not necessarily the look of the fall. To find out what is, head to Intermix on Thursday to be one of the first to shop their newest fall collection. And even though seeing fall fashions before anyone else is great on its own, there’s something even greater. That night, 10 percent of the proceeds from the event will benefit Paws in the City, a no-kill organization that helps Dallas dogs and cats find homes. Just remember that when you’re in the fitting room trying to decide what to buy — buy it all because hey, it’s for a good cause. Champagne and light bites will be served. The event takes place 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Intermix in NorthPark Center at 8687 N. Central Expressway. For more information, visit pawsinthecity.org. To look at pretty silky, sparkly and shiny things, visit intermixonline.com.
