For any and all familiar with (first a book, then a movie) He’s Just Not That Into You, you might not guess (or maybe you did, depending on whether you are from Mars or Venus) that one of the co-authors, Greg Behrendt, is also stand-up comedian. The man who can also count script consultant on Sex and the City to his esteemed relationship related resume, is taking his comedy tour, Totally Into You, on the road this summer. If you are in for an evening of no-nonsense humor that surrounds those relationships in life that can be the most challenging, then this is right up your ally. Or if you have been meaning to break-up with that someone in your life, this too maybe the best option to soften the blow. Either way, should make for an entertaining evening. His tour will make a stop at the Addison Improv starting July 7 at 8pm. The show will run the rest of the weekend, at 8pm and 10:30pm Friday night, 6:30pm and 9pm Saturday night, and finishes up at 7:30pm Sunday night. Tickets are $20 and dining is optional.
