Just about anywhere else in the country, aside from maybe Manhattan or Los Angeles, a few days’ worth of breathing and meditation classes for $375 might seem a bit expensive. Not around these parts. Whether it’s extreme, experimental plastic surgery or dippy, hippie, New Age yoga, we don’t mind paying top dollar for some self-maintenance. Hell, we pay twice that much for our designer dog’s erectile dysfunction medication. “Art of Living” runs Friday through Tuesday at the Eisemann Center’s Country Wide Hall, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. Courses are from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Monday and Tuesday and from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The aforementioned course fee is knocked down to $200 for students and seniors.
