The folks at Live Nation aren’t showing any signs of slowing what was originally supposed to be a summer-only deal of not charging service fees on Wednesday. In fact, since launching its deal back in June, the offers have only gotten more extravagant and varied.
Why? Well, for one, I imagine, because most ticket buyers don’t feel like getting a respite from paying service charges is all that big of a gift.
But I digress.
The Summer of Live Nation Love continues today, with the promotions/booking conglomerate offering tickets to select upcoming shows at the House of Blues, the Cambridge Room and Superpages.com Center for the fair asking prices of $10 or $15 a piece. Click the links on the venue names for the whole lists of shows available at this rate–although, if we may, we recommend the upcoming Elvis Perkins, Psychedelic Furs/Happy Mondays, Misfits and Drive-By Truckers shows. The Creed show at Superpages? Not so much.

We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If the Dallas Observer matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
Anyway, check out your options. The deal lasts till the stroke of midnight, so you’ve got like nine and a half hours left, by my count.
