A few weeks ago, we were sad to announce the postponement of Adele‘s House Of Blues show due to an illness. However, the British singer has announced that she’ll be back, only this time it’ll be at the much bigger, and probably more suitable Verizon Theater on Friday, October 21. All tickets purchased for her House Of Blues show will be accepted, and new tickets will go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m. for $39.50 to $89.50 at Live Nation
Also on the rescheduled concert front, Def Leppard’s show, originally scheduled for tonight at Gexa Energy Pavilion, has been cancelled due to the passing of singer Joe Elliott’s father. The concert has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 6, at the same venue, and all tickets purchased for the original show will be honored. Unfortunately, the original opening act Heart will not perform at the rescheduled show.

In other, completely unrelated show announcement news, there are two mighty fine hip-hop shows coming our way. Both shows feature hip-hop legends, and both take place at the House Of Blues. On Sunday, August 14, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, and Mobb Deep will perform. And, on Wednesday, September 7, Black Star featuring Mos Def & Talib Kweli will perform.
