Lane Garrison, star of Prison Break — and, yeah, we doubt he’ll need to be reminded of the irony.
Dallas’ Lane Garrison coulda been somebody; the guy was on Prison Break, after all. Turns out, he’s just gonna wind up in prison, most likely: Today, he pleaded guilty in Los Angeles County Superior Court to one count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, one count of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of .15 or higher and a misdemeanor of providing alcohol to a minor. You might recall that Garrison in December crashed his Land Rover into a tree in Beverly Hills, killing a 17-year-old boy sitting in the back seat and injuring two 15-year-olds girls also in the car.
Says here that the 26-year-old faces up to six years and eight months in prison, but he won’t be sentenced till August. For the next three months, he’s out on $100,000 bail and left to ponder that what-ifs and coulda-beens. –Robert Wilonsky
