Nammi opened up for business today. The Vietnamese food truck, which has been generating some serious internet buzz, set up shop in the Design District at Hi Line and Slocum. The truck will be there only until 2 p.m. today, but if you can’t make it in the next 30 minutes, it’ll back at the Design District tomorrow at 1628 Oak Lawn Ave. Service starts at 11:30 a.m., and judging by today, there will be a line. You can also always check out Nammi’s Facebook page for future scheduled stops. Among them is the Sigel’s store, 5757 Greenville Ave., Thursday, June 9. Lunch next week will be served 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and dinner 5-8 p.m., and then the store will offer an Oregon wine tasting featuring Owen Roe owner/winemaker David O’Reilly from 5-7 p.m. (One note: Nammi is cash only.)
