If you want to know how to make panties drop, hop on the White Rock Home Tour. Seriously, if these houses were humans, they’d offer you a glass of wine, pull a rose from out behind your ear and have you in a silk shorty robe before you could say “manties.” They’re p-i-m-p. Swank. Redic. Gorgeous. And oh so modern. This year’s tour features five homes and three meet and greets, one each with a designer, a builder and a homeowner. Be sure to ask the homeowner how she feels about adopting adults. And where does she stand on long-term roommates that contribute little to nothing? The tour houses are open noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $10 in advance and can be purchased at White Rock Coffee, Green Spot or select Tom Thumb stores. (See hexterpta.org/hometour for addresses of the five houses on the tour. You also can purchase tickets during the event for $15 at the door of any of the homes.
