The end of the world speculation has at least given everyone a reason to throw a party. And since throwing parties is what the cast and crew of Amber Does Dallas loves most, they’re taking the Lakewood Theater by storm with a two part rock opera — REPO! The Genetic Opera and The Rocky Horror Picture Show this Friday. All performances are shadowcast, which means while the film is played, live actors participate on stage and in the audience, and — AND — everyone is invited to sing and act along. If people still said “rollicking good time” this event would no doubt call for it. Tickets to the show are $13 and prop packs featuring “everything you need” are $4. Doors open at 9 p.m., REPO! starts at 10 p.m. and Rocky Horror begins at midnight. The Lakewood Theater is located at 1825 Abrams Parkway. Tickets are on sale at lakewoodtheater.com.
