Few comedians’ résumés are as stacked as Paul Mooney’s — in fact, he’s what you would call an unsung legend with a dirty mouth and a quicker mind. Starting as a writer for Sanford and Son, Mooney snagged head writer jobs at In Living Color and Good Times, and also wrote for Eddie Murphy and SNL. Bringing his act to Arlington Improv, 309 Curtis Mathes Way, Thursday through Sunday, Mooney proves why he was one of the original bad boys of comedy: not for the faint of heart. Tickets start at $20. Call 817-635-5555.
