Schrödinger’s cat is neither here nor there, but the Greater Denton Arts Council’s Cat Snapp likes to think both inside and out of the box. Snapp’s new exhibition, Small Breaths, uses box and book structures that beckon for a viewer’s touch, manipulation and exploration. In fact, Snapp’s artistic ideation is complete only once her viewers have handled her sculptures, creasing their pages, pausing to spend time in artistic interaction. Small Breaths will be on display from June 15 through July 22 in the Gough Gallery.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: June 20. Continues through July 22, 2012
